Frodo Baggins, hobbit of the Shire, was heir to Bilbo, the finder of the Ring of Power. To Frodo fell the awesome task of the destruction of the One Ring in the fires of Mount Doom at the heart of the realm of Mordor.

The One Ring was made long ago by Sauron and much of his evil power is in it. Sauron cannot rule Middle-earth without the Ring he lost but if it is destroyed then Sauron will be killed forever as well. However it cannot be destroyed by normal methods except where it was created - in Mordor's volcano. Also the Ring has power to protect itself and trys to return to it's creator by any means it can.

This miniature was designed by Chris Tubb, an internationally famous Miniature designer for over 20 years, most well know for his Lord of the Rings miniatures created for Mithril Miniatures.

Each figure is carefully researched to be faithful to J.R.R. Tolkien's original vision and painted by our experienced Irish artists here in Cork, Ireland to reflect that vision.

The miniatures are made of pewter and this figures height is 38mm from base to the top of it's head. Avarage range scale is 54mm.
