PAYMENT:
PAYPAL, Personal cheque, Postal money order, Credit Card, Direct Bank Transfer
are the preferred methods of payment. All orders must be pre-paid unless
approval has been made for company check or credit terms have been established.
Returned checks will be charged a €6.00 returned check
fee charge. Credit Card users will be responsible for any additional fee
that is charged by Credit Card companies.
DAMAGES:
Merchandise signed for is assumed delivered and undamaged. Please remember
to inspect all packages for any exterior damages, such as torn, crushed,
or opened areas. This may result in products being damaged due to mishandling
of carrier. Always inform carrier at point of delivery time of any damages
seen on packages and request carrier to note all seen damages on documentation
of delivery. Once you sign for delivery, you assume all responsibility
for products shipped. Products that are damaged through negligence of
the shipping company must be reported by the customer to that shipping
company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not, customer could
be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember
do not discard any portion of the packaging material. Always remember
to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment.
Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages.
An Grupa Edman Teo. will not be held responsible for
any damages or claims due to the negligence of the shipping company. We
do recommend that all orders be insured to ensure that if
there is non-delivery or damage that we can quickly deal with such complaints
and will do all in our power to solve such problems as quickly as possible.
In the case of non-delivery or damage the Company reserves the right to
not replace the goods to the customer until we are satisfied that the
carrier has or will, compensate for such non delivery or damage. We do
advise on our shipping information approximate times of delivery but this
is simply a guideline supplied by the shippers and the company can not
be held responsible if these times are not correct.
RETURNS:
In the event that a purchase must be returned, please contact
An Grupa Edman Teo. dispatch manager. Customers will
be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Returns due to wrong
order received or manufacturer defect will be dealt with immediately at
no extra cost to the customer. Customers must notify An Grupa
Edman Teo. within 24 hours of receiving merchandise of all such
complaints. Failure to do so will result in negligence by the customer
for not notifying the company and customer will not be refunded unless
authorization is given by Sales Manager. Any extra expenses such as return
postal costs will be refunded to customer if the company is found at fault.
